Positive: We stayed in apartment 5 and wow, it was absolutely incredible! The beds were huge and comfy, the air con worked perfectly in each room, the whole apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you’d need. The pool was the shining star of our holiday! My son learned to swim without a swim noodle during our mornings and evenings in the pool and the view of the sea was incredible. It was extremely private and as someone that is too self conscious to swim in public pools, it was wonderful being able to go in without the worry of people seeing and enjoy time with my kids. Everything worked perfectly and access to the apartment was easy! 15 minute taxi to a beautiful area of Malta with water taxis to valetta or 25 minutes to valetta. Well worth the extra travel time for space, comfort and our own pool! Rosanne was also really quick to reply to any query. Even answered when I stupidly thought the blinds covering the patio doors to the outside were a wall when we arrived at 9pm after 12 hours of travel with 2 tired kids to assure me that I could move the blinds and see I was in the right apartment and did indeed have an outdoor area with pool 😂. Thank you Rosanne!
Negative: Nothing bad to say. For awareness, even though it states in the small print, it’s hard to find so for anyone booking you pay a 50 euro cleaning fee on arrival as well as 300 euro damage deposit (damage deposit due to be refunded 7 days after check out).

Positive: The location was fabulous. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Very clean. Great infinity pool. A small shop in walking distance. At the end of a no through road so no problem with passing traffic. There were some younger groups partying in next door apartments but sea bank are fairly sound proof so not really a problem when you were inside with the doors shut.
Negative: Just be careful about the 50 euro cleaning fee they ask for on arrival. Not in the terms and conditions. I completely understand why they do it as some younger groups leave the apartments in a right mess. I didn’t pay it but left the place very clean and tidy

Positive: The views overlooking the sea were great. There is a small shop nearby for groceries and a lovely walk to a small beach and a few restaurants.
Negative: - swimming pool and outdoor eating and relaxing area were on a separate level on the roof so we had to make several trips up and down with food to all sit outside. No views when you are sitting down. I had originally booked a 4/5 bedroom villa in December with flights but were notified in january that only the 3 bed villa was available (no reduction in price offered as apparently the views were better according to them - debatable as i didn’t have anything else to compare)- if i had known the swimming pool and outdoor area were on a different level, i would have cancelled as this had greatly affected our enjoyment of the property. My son has autism and his greatest enjoyment is the pool - he could not go upstairs by himself into the pool - keys were also an issue as each area had a separate lock so we constantly had to check that someone had the keys or try to contact others to get the door open if they were in the pool etc - again another inconvenience which marred the enjoyment of the holiday. - on the day of arrival i complained to marcus about the pool being situated on a different level and that this is misinformation that should have been communicated to me at the time of the change in booking - he told me that i should complain to his boss as this is not his problem - director of malta lettings is also a marcus - appears to be lots of marcuses in this company. -air condition needs a change in filter - we all felt a bit out of sorts with the air quality - several asthma sufferers in the group - pool turned cloudy one day - someone came quite quickly to sort it out but they didn’t tell us when we could use the pool again so that was one evening of pool enjoyment gone - the villas overlook each other so we had full view of the pool outdoor and sitting area of the people below us - do not expect privacy. - this is the first negative review i have written - truly disappointed by the layout - this should have been disclosed at the outset.

Positive: The size and space was great, the kitchen and table was large enough for all 6 of us and room more. The pool table, tennis table and darts area was brilliant for the kids and adults. The pool area was spacious and the BBQ area was great.
Negative: One of the bedrooms smelt of mould and the bedding, towels felt damp and we couldn’t seem to get the room totally dry. Darts need new shafts and one of the pool ques needed a new tip. Unfortunately we could hear the guests above us and at times it was loud.
Summary: Our stay was very comfortable and the staff were excellent
